Refund and Returns Policy
At ApexCognita Private Limited, we offer a comprehensive range of IT services, consulting, SAP® solutions, and specialized consulting, coaching and training in SAFe® and Board Directorship. As our services are intangible and non-returnable, we have a clear policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and adjustments to ensure transparency.
Services Covered
This policy applies to all services provided by ApexCognita Private Limited, including but not limited to:
- IT Consulting and Digital Transformation
- SAP® Solutions and Implementations
- SAFe® Coaching, Certification, and Training
- Board Directorship Coaching and Strategic Governance Consulting
Refunds and Cancellations
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service, consulting engagement, or training program has commenced or been delivered. Upon payment, clients agree to these terms.
No Cancellations After Payment
We do not accept cancellations once the payment for services has been made. Any decision regarding cancellations must be discussed and agreed upon prior to payment. After the payment is made, services are considered confirmed and cancellations are not possible.
Special Circumstances for Refunds and Cancellations
In rare situations where a refund or cancellation is requested, the following conditions apply:
- Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made prior to payment and must be formalized in writing.
- No refunds or cancellations will be permitted after the payment has been processed, unless explicitly outlined in a prior written agreement between the client and ApexCognita.
- If a refund or cancellation is agreed upon in advance, terms will be specified clearly in writing before service commencement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been pre-approved (as per the terms above) and you have not received it yet:
- Check your bank account for pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank to inquire about any delays in processing.

Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are non-refundable and non-cancellable:
- Any and all types of SAP® services, including customization, implementation, consulting, upgrade, migration, support, GROW, and RISE projects
- Completed IT Consulting or Digital Transformation Services
- Any and all types of SAFe® consulting, coaching, certification, and training programs, including SAFe® framework implementation, leadership coaching, team training, and certification support
- Board Directorship Coaching or Consulting Sessions after they have commenced
Policy Modifications
ApexCognita Private Limited reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take immediate effect once posted on the website, and clients are encouraged to review the policy regularly for updates.
